We are very excited to have two authors join us this year as our keynote speakers! If you would like to purchase books in advance of the Conference, both Cynthia & Kai will be available to sign books during the lunch period. We are partnering with Wellesley Books to provide this opportunity for everyone.

Books must be ordered by March 7th ​
in order to be available for signing at the conference.
Books will also be available for purchase at the conference.

FAQ's

  • Opening - The Auditorium for the Opening events & Keynote will be at capacity - we will have overflow rooms to watch the opening events/keynote speech on a Live Stream for folks who would prefer a smaller setting. Please try to arrive before 8:15 so you & your students can participate in all of the activities we have planned.

  • Parking - Our custodial staff will be out and directing traffic when you arrive. If you are arriving in a staff car or Activity Van, please park in the lot on Putnam Hill Road in back of the building.  If you are arriving in a school bus - please proceed to the bus circle (on the corner of Putnam Hill & Boston Rd) and our staff will direct you. Special Guests, you can park in the Boston Road parking lot directly in front of the school.

  • Lunch - Is free for everyone. There will be a variety of options, including Gluten Free, Vegetarian, and Vegan options.

  • “Break Room” - We know that being with 600+ strangers can be overwhelming for some folks. If you have a student who needs a break or support - our counseling team will have a designated place for students/teachers who need support or just need a break.

  • Medical Issues - We will have our school nurse Vanessa Patramanis on duty during the conference.  If you have a student/s who needs particular medical support, please reach out to her directly in advance of the conference. She can be reached at [email protected].
